As a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization, The Women’s Council of The Houston Black Real Estate Association (HBREA) relies on support and donations from our trusted partners to accomplish our mission. Our mission is to elevate the standards of women in the real estate industry by encouraging leadership, education and the exchange of information through group learning techniques; and to provide opportunity for women to increase their knowledge and expertise of all facets of the real estate profession. In addition, we also educate minority and low-income neighborhoods about homeownership, credit stability and financial literacy. This year we are celebrating 20 years of supporting education and financial literacy through our scholarship initiative and are looking forward to honoring recipients at our annual scholarship luncheon.
